Overview of Stocklyst inventory management across web, mobile, reports, billing, and AI-ready workflows.
What is Stocklyst?
Stocklyst is an inventory operating system for teams that need live stock across workspaces, branches, and zones. It combines item management, barcode actions, transfers, bundles, reports, billing controls, and AI-ready connector workflows in one account.
How the product is organized
The current implementation is workspace-first. Owners configure structure and permissions once, then operators work from focused surfaces:
- Dashboard: search items, open detail panes, adjust quantities, scan barcodes, and manage active or inactive stock.
- Settings: configure workspace profile, SKU rules, stock formulas, item links, pricing flags, users, permissions, and integrations.
- Reports: view inventory value, stock movement, transfers, idle stock, expiry, stock level, stock demand, and activity logs.
- Billing: track plan limits, add-on capacity, API usage, receipts, and owner-pooled allocation.
Web vs Mobile
- Web app: Full browser access for setup, imports, reporting, billing, role management, label workflows, and detailed review.
- Mobile app: Native iOS and Android workflows for barcode scanning, quantity changes, transfers, photos, and offline floor work.
- AI and CLI: Connector and command-line workflows expose inventory context to supported AI clients and automation scripts.
All surfaces use the same account, workspace, permissions, and synced inventory data.
