Stocklyst is an AI-powered inventory management platform for small and mid-size businesses. It replaces spreadsheet guesswork with research-backed stock calculations, multi-location tracking, and offline-first mobile workflows.
Our Mission
Most SMB teams manage inventory in spreadsheets, point-of-sale exports, or tools designed for enterprises with dedicated supply-chain staff. The result is the same: stockouts, over-ordering, and decisions based on gut feel rather than data.
Stocklyst exists to give every operations team access to the same inventory intelligence that large retailers use — reorder points, safety stock levels, demand classification, and usage forecasting — without requiring a supply-chain degree to set up.
Every stock calculation in Stocklyst is derived from peer-reviewed academic research. We implemented six published formulas for reorder point, safety stock, economic order quantity, demand variability, lead-time estimation, and service-level targeting so that the math is transparent and auditable.
The Company
Stocklyst is built by Wajud FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The product launched in 2025 and serves teams across retail, warehouse, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and construction sectors worldwide.
The team is focused on a single product: making inventory management accessible, accurate, and fast for businesses that operate across multiple locations and need reliable stock data without enterprise complexity.
What Makes Stocklyst Different
- Academic formulas, not heuristics. Reorder points, safety stock, and demand classification are calculated using six peer-reviewed formulas. The math is documented and auditable.
- Multi-location from day one. Branches, zones, and inter-location transfers are core concepts, not bolted-on features. Every stock quantity is tracked at the zone level for full spatial precision.
- Offline-first mobile apps. Native iOS and Android apps store a local copy of inventory data in SQLite. Teams can scan barcodes, adjust quantities, and complete transfers without a network connection. Changes sync when connectivity returns.
- AI-powered data import. Upload spreadsheets, CSVs, or photos of paper inventory lists and Stocklyst maps the data to structured fields automatically — reducing onboarding from days to minutes.
- Zone-level inventory precision. Stock quantities live at the zone level (shelf, bin, cold room, display area), not just the branch level. This gives teams exact location data for cycle counts, picks, and audits.
