Native iOS and Android app for barcode scanning, floor adjustments, transfers, photos, and offline work.
Getting the App
Download Stocklyst from the iOS App Store or Google Play. Sign in with the same email address you use on the web app; your active workspaces and permissions carry over.
Mobile Features
- Barcode scanning: Use the device camera to find an item, add stock, subtract stock, or start transfer work from the floor.
- Offline mode: The mobile app stores inventory data locally and continues working without internet. Changes sync automatically when connectivity returns.
- Quick actions: Adjust quantities, view and complete transfers, add item photos, and verify item details without returning to a desk.
- Workspace context: Branch and zone access follows the same permissions configured in the web app.

The app uses focused bottom navigation for floor work:
- Inventory: Browse and search items
- Transfers: View and manage transfers
- Scanner: Open camera-first scan mode
- Settings: App and account settings
Offline Capabilities
What works offline: View synced items and quantities, create or edit items, adjust quantities, view transfers, and keep scanning during warehouse or field connectivity gaps.
What requires connection: Sync changes to the cloud, receive updates from other users, refresh billing or permission changes, and finalize server-validated actions.
