Billing, Plans & Limits

Manage Essential, Growth, Scale, and Custom plans, usage limits, API quota, AI imports, and add-ons.

Plan Overview

Stocklyst uses a three-tier self-serve ladder plus a Custom tier: Essential for a single structured workspace, Growth for multi-location operations, Scale for higher-volume teams with SSO and longer audit retention, and Custom for multi-region or bespoke procurement needs.

Note: The 14-day trial uses Essential-tier capacity with the full feature surface unlocked, so teams can evaluate mobile, AI import, bundles, custom fields, reports, and reorder calculations before choosing a plan.

Managing Your Subscription

Go to User Settings > Billing to view your current plan, usage meters, invoice history with downloadable receipts, API activity, add-on packages, and upgrade or downgrade options. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Quota System

Each plan tracks usage in real time: users, SKUs, workspaces, branches, API calls, AI imports, storage, and retention. Approaching a limit shows a warning. Exceeding a limit blocks the related action until you upgrade, add capacity, or reduce usage.

Add-On Packages

Additional users, SKUs, branches, workspaces, and API credit packs can be purchased as add-ons. Growth and Scale support owner-pooled allocation so capacity can be assigned across workspaces from the Billing page.
