Accounting Integrations

Connect Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, and Sage for auto-fill and sync.

Zoho Books

  • Auto-fill: Search your Zoho Books catalog when creating items and auto-fill fields like name, SKU, pricing, unit, description, and HS code.
  • Auto-push: Newly created items are automatically pushed to Zoho Books in the background.
  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Find the Zoho Books card
  3. Select your Zoho region (US, Europe, India, Australia, Japan, Canada, Saudi Arabia)
  4. Click Connect
  5. Complete the Zoho OAuth consent flow

QuickBooks Online

  • Auto-fill: Search your QuickBooks Online catalog when creating items and auto-fill fields like name, SKU, pricing, and description.
  • Auto-push: Newly created items are automatically pushed to QuickBooks Online in the background.
  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Find the QuickBooks Online card
  3. Click Connect
  4. Complete the Intuit OAuth consent flow

Sage

  • Auto-fill: Search your Sage catalog when creating items and auto-fill mapped fields.
  • Auto-push: Newly created items are automatically pushed to Sage in the background.
  • Item sync: Keep item data in sync between Stocklyst and Sage.
  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Find the Sage card
  3. Click Connect
  4. Complete the Sage OAuth consent flow

Note: You can connect multiple integrations at the same time. When both Zoho Books and QuickBooks are connected, item suggestions from both providers appear in a combined dropdown.
