Why can't I add items without a zone?
All inventory quantities must be assigned to a zone for accurate tracking. If you don't need detailed zones, use the default zone.
Why is my branch total different from zone totals?
Branch total is always the sum of all zone quantities. If they differ, one or more zones may have been updated recently. Refresh to see the latest data.
How do I change my workspace currency?
Currency, number format, timezone, and data region affect historical records and reports. Some preferences can be adjusted in workspace settings; data region and historical currency migration require support review.
Why can't I delete the owner?
Company owners cannot be deleted. Ownership must be transferred to another user first.
How do I fix "Version conflict" errors?
This happens when someone else edited the item while you were viewing it. Refresh the page to see the latest version, then make your changes again.
Why are my calculations showing as "Pending"?
Stock calculations run weekly (Monday 2 AM UTC). New items show "Pending" until the next calculation cycle.
Can I undo a completed transfer?
No, completed transfers cannot be undone. Create a reverse transfer to move items back if needed.
What barcode formats does the scanner support?
EAN-13, UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN-8, Code 128, Code 39, GS1-128, ITF-14, QR, and Data Matrix.
